I'm very impressed with the unit. Very durable and good battery life (so far). It does get stuck on things it can drive up on, or under the back side of recliners. Also, I think when it's in mop-mode, it should recognize the difference between rugs and floors and stay on the hard surfaces. The app setup almost required professional level nerdiness; NOT user friendly at all. User manual not user-friendly to old people (microscopic font size). Also would be nice if there was an app alternative specific to the device instead of the all-in-one-catch-everything-in-the-house format. Rating of device alone: 5 The other stuff: 1 Avg: 3

It gave me a big surprise, the use of method, clean thoroughly and no dead Angle, very worthy of a robot.

Super easy to use

LOVE it! Simply start to clean by using controller. Through the app, able to edit room, adjust sanction level and water level. The garbage collection is amazing. It’s easy to remove dust bag when it’s full.

Great product! Easy to be used

1.Easy to be used: I literally used the robot to clean my entire 2nd floor right after I unpacked the robot and powered it on. It can automatically scan all the rooms and build the map if I leave all the doors open and then scheduled automatically to clean all the rooms. It can recognize the downstair as well and stops to prevent the drop.
2.The App is easy to be used as well. The map it shows is pretty accurate and is well managed. It shows the real-time position of the robot while robot is working, and it is very pleased to watch all the cleaning work will be done on the phone from anywhere.
3. It can go back to the docking station smoothly.
4. The speed is satisfied, and I could just do anything while he is doing his cleaning job.

Don't need to clean the dust box any more

The 2 in1 mop and dust bag make the robot much more convenient and free me from a lot of housework. It has many functions and is very smart. When I used it for the first time, I set the working hours and cleaning area, and after that, it can complete the work by itself every day.

a few FYIs：
The step for setting up the Wifi connection was a little bit complicated. And it seems not able to connect to the wifi in my apartment which needs both username and password.
